Yesterday I went and stayed with Gran at mom and dad's house while they were in San Diego for the weekend. We had a great day - went to lunch and to the vegetable stand, and enjoyed the cooler weather we've been having out on the back porch. She even got a little sunshine and exercise walking around the backyard with me. We had fun visiting and talking together, and I got to spend the night in my old bedroom at my parents house! I feel very lucky I got to spend my Saturday with such a wonderful and important woman in my life.
